These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
